Sambalpur: Dr. Shankar Ramchandani, a physician at Veer Surendra Sai Institute of Medical Sciences (VIMSAR), Burla has endeared himself with his service at his hospital and beyond. He has opened a “One Rupee” clinic to provide treatment to the poor and underprivileged people.
Now he opened a “One Rupee” clinic under a tree, a One Rupee clinic in Jharbandh and Paikmal, medicine for one rupee, blood test for one rupee, a One Rupee clinic in 8 places in Odisha, medicine for 150 patients.
