Tata Power, in partnership with the Government of Odisha, is offering a unique career restart program for women. The “Nua Aarambha: A New Beginning” initiative aims to provide job opportunities for women who have taken a career break in the past five years.

This initiative is part of Tata Power’s ambitious plan to enhance power supply reliability, improve customer service, and introduce innovative technologies across Odisha.

Job Positions Available:

Tata Power invites applications for the following job roles across its four distribution companies (TPCODL, TPNODL, TPSODL, TPWODL):

• Operation & Maintenance
• Commercial Function and Customer Services
• Information Technology (IT)
• Engineering & Quality
• Contract & Procurement
• HR & Administration
• Finance & Accounts
• Legal & Secretarial

Women selected for these positions will work in different Circle and Division Offices across Odisha.

Eligibility Criteria:

To apply, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Career Break: Women who have taken a career break within the last five years can apply.
• Educational Qualifications: Applicants must have completed a regular course in:
  • B.Tech
  • Diploma in Electrical Engineering
  • MBA, LLB, MCA, CA, CS
  • Or any other equivalent professional qualification
• Academic Performance: Candidates should have achieved a minimum of 60% marks across all academic qualifications.
• Age Limit: Applicants must be up to 40 years of age.
• Domicile Preference: Preference will be given to candidates who are residents of Odisha.
