Submission Guidelines:
- Quotations should be submitted in sealed covers and addressed to the Superintending Engineer, Additional Spillway Division, Burla.
- Documents required include valid GST and PAN cards, driving licenses, and vehicle registration certificates.
- Vehicles must not be older than three years from the date of initial registration and should meet all roadworthiness criteria.
- Quotations must include a Security Deposit of ₹5,600/- in the form of a Nationalized/Scheduled Commercial Bank guarantee.
- The quotation should mention vehicle type, fuel type, and monthly rental rate.
Additional Information:
- Quotations submitted via post, courier, fax, or email will not be accepted.
- The selected vehicles must meet mileage criteria of not less than 10 kilometers per liter for diesel and 12 kilometers per liter for petrol.
- The final decision will be based on the lowest bid that meets all requirements.
