Sambalpur: Criminals are increasing in Sambalpur City, 3 stabbing cases in one day, 3 people injured

Sambalpur: Criminals are increasing in Sambalpur city. As if to challenge the police, criminals committed a series of stabbings in Sambalpur city on Sunday night. 3 people were seriously injured in the stabbing and 3 people have been sent to Burla Hospital. It has been reported that the condition of one person is critical.

According to police information, the first stabbing took place near Chitragupta Street under Town Police Station at 8:00 PM. He was stabbed in the neck. Sashwat Nanda (32) of Nandapada was stabbed by a miscreant and then the miscreant escaped. Upon receiving the information, the police rescued him and admitted him to Sambalpur District Hospital (DHH). As his condition was critical, he was referred to the Burla Hospital.

Then at 9 pm, there was another stabbing in the area of the town police station. It was even worse than the first. Abhishek Kheding of Kumbarpada’s intestines came out from the stomach in the stabbing of the rogue. This stabbing is related to the sale of a mobile for Rs. 1000. He was also rescued by police and shifted to Sambalpur DHH. He was referred to Burla Hospital as his condition was critical.

At around 9:30 PM, the third stabbing happened in Modipada Chawalagali. Jeetu Majhi of Tamlapada was stabbed multiple times by a miscreant who was stabbed in both thighs and was bleeding profusely. Due to the dispute in the shop, the miscreant stabbed him inside the house and threw him on the side of the road. After a person reported the sighting, the town police rescued him and took him to Sambalpur DHH. He too has been shifted to Burla Hospital as his condition is critical. As of 11:00 p.m., police have detained 4 people and are questioning them. The police are searching for the other accused in various places.
