Sambalpur: Mother-Son Suicide Incident, CDR will reveal the Mystery
Sambalpur: After the suicide of teacher mother Jyotsnarani Das (55) and her married son Sudhir Panda (30) in Sambalpur Tangarpali, the entire family now has only a daughter-in-law and her 7-month-old daughter. In the absence of daughter-in-law and 7-month-old granddaughter at home. It is suspected that a family dispute may have led to the suicide of Jyotsnarani and her elder son Sudhir by hanging themselves.
On the other hand, the police are now thinking of asking for the CDR of the mother, son, and daughter-in-law. The police are hopeful that the suicide mystery will be cleared after the CDR report. On the other hand, Sudhir and his wife are also rumored to be in the clash. Sudhir’s father-in-law Harihar Panda told the media yesterday that we came to pick up the girl because she was sick. His comments are now being doubted. Jyotsna was the principal of Gambharkanta Upper Primary School. The financial condition of the family was also good. They were able to treat their daughter-in-law. Even then, why Sudhir’s father-in-law came to Sambalpur and took Sudhir’s wife home on Saturday has raised a big question.
It is to be noted that Jyotsna and Sudhir have been at home since Saturday after the daughter-in-law left for Rourkela. The young woman working at her house, Barsha Munda, did not come to work on Sunday. On Monday, when she came to work, she found Jyotsna and Sudhir hanging. The police had reached the spot after receiving the information. Sudhir’s wife and his family came from Rourkela to Sambalpur. After the scientific team arrived and investigated, the hanging bodies of the mother and son were recovered in the presence of the magistrate. Both were cremated at Rajghat in Sambalpur after post-mortem on Monday evening. It is worth noting that Jyotsha’s younger son Sameer Panda committed suicide less than 2 years ago, while Jyotsarani’s husband Bhavani Shankar Panda also committed suicide less than 18/20 years ago.
