The Sambalpur Metropolitan Corporation has not improved the situation despite complaints. People complain that routine review meetings are going on. Billions of rupees are spent. There is not a single toilet in the major part of the city. Men and women are facing difficulties in urinating in crowded places like Lakshmi Talkies, Ainthapali Street, Dhanupali, Kacheri Chowk, and Jail Street. There was a plan to build toilets in different places to make the city clean. Prepare the DPR after making a space for it. A proposal for financial approval has been received. It can be implemented even after a long time has passed. Bus commuters live in prime locations.
