Dhanupali police have seized cannabis smuggled from the city railway station

An NDPS case was identified by Dhanupali police station. 20,800 grams of cannabis were found in the bag. The detainees were identified as Abdul Rashid Mullah, 32, Akram Hossain Moll, 25, and Tapas Chhatui, 25, of South Pragana district in West Bengal . Police seized Rs 1480 and Aadhaar cards, including cannabis. Dhanupali police have registered a case No. 429/2021 and arrested everyone. The smugglers arrived on Thursday from the Buddhist region carrying cannabis to Sambalpur. After spending the night here, the police caught up with the hub as they were on their way to the city station on a train to West Bengal by train kilograms of cannabis were seized. Three accused from West Bengal have been arrested in the case.
