19 health centers in the district will get Rs 15 lakh for the renovation, Rs 3 lakh will be given to the DHH Sambalpur
Sambalpur, 313 (IMIS): Sixteen health centers in Sambalpur district have been shortlisted for the recently announced Kayakalpa Award. A total of Rs 15.25 lakh was awarded to all these centers and 21 others DHH including sambalpur DHH received the consolation award. The government will pay Rs 3 lakh for the award. Similarly, both the sub-divisional hospitals in the district will get Rs 1 lakh each for consolation rewards in their respective categories.
The Nakti Deul CMC, the only group health center will receive Rs 1 lakh for the award. The Health and Wellness Center in Sarapali is the first in the SHWC district to be eligible for a prize of Rs 1 lakh. Another SHWC will be rewarded with a prize of Rs 1 lakh. From the Primary Health Center the first Bhojpur PSC in the district will receive a prize of Rs 2 lakh . In this category, Jamankira, Kenadhipa, Girishchandrapur, Dhama, Rangali, Kaseibahal, Sangramal PHC, each of which is considered to be worthy of the consolation prize, has been rewarded Rs 50,000 each.
In addition, five urban health centers Khetrajpur, Dhankauda, Ainthapali, Maneshwar and Dhanupali are also on the list of meritorious prizes and will get Rs 50,000 each. The two hospitals ranked first and second in each category, while the health centers, which scored more than 70% in the re-evaluation team, were included in the consolation prize list.
