A fire broke out in Sindurap’s truck showroom, setting fire to Rs 5 lakh worth of belongings

Sambalpur: A fire broke out at a truck showroom in Sindurpump under Sambalpur Sadar police station on Saturday. A fire broke out in the showroom’s garage in the late Thursday. Two teams of Sambalpur Fire Brigade arrived at the spot around 4am on Friday after receiving information about this.

It took the firefighters two to three hours to reduce the blaze. The fire, which was caused by an electrical short circuit, burned property worth about Rs 5 lakh. No one was injured in the blaze, which continued during the fire.
