Sambalpur: Accident Between Two School Buses in Sambalpur; Students Sustain Injuries
Sambalpur: In a tragic incident, two private school buses in Sasan, Sambalpur, were involved in an accident, resulting in several students getting injured. After receiving primary medical treatment, the students were discharged. Notably, no case has been registered at the Ainthapali police station regarding the incident.
Details of the Accident
After school hours, the bus from Vedik International School (vehicle number OD 15 W 9223) was transporting students when a cow suddenly appeared in front of it near Pardhiapali. The bus driver applied the brakes abruptly to avoid hitting the cow. Consequently, the bus from Vikash School (vehicle number OD 15 H-7674), following closely behind, lost control and collided with the rear of the Vedik School bus. Both buses sustained damage in the collision.

Injuries and Immediate Response
Several students from Vikash School suffered minor injuries due to the crash. Police officer Sanay Nayak confirmed the injuries and the condition of the buses. Fortunately, the quick response ensured that the injured students received timely medical attention and were later released.
