Sambalpur: BJP Hands Over 34 Suspected Bangladeshi Nationals with Fake Aadhar Cards to Sambalpur Police
Sambalpur: In recent years, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has repeatedly claimed that Bangladeshi nationals are entering the country as laborers and becoming involved in a variety of criminal and suspicious activities. Thousands of Bangladeshi infiltrators have reportedly entered Sambalpur, working as laborers and obtaining fake Aadhaar cards to avoid detection. Today, Ashwini Majhi, President of the BJP Yuva Morcha, and party workers searched an under-construction building in Budharaja and apprehended 34 suspicious Bangladeshi youths. Police took them to the Ainthapali Police Station. Authorities surrendered the youths to the police in front of SDPO Tufan Bagh and BJP District President Girish Patel.

Fake Aadhaar Cards and False Identities
Authorities discovered that these youths were from Murshidabad, West Bengal. When they verified the Aadhaar cards on the central government’s website, they found that someone had registered them in the name of another Nagpur resident. When asked about their fathers’ names, some of the youths claimed they were deceased, but they were unable to contact their families by phone. Because the youths could not provide their true identities, authorities turned all 34 over to the police.
Initial Investigations and Further Actions
According to SDPO Bagh, preliminary investigations revealed that the youths were from West Bengal. Authorities will thoroughly verify their identities and will forward the addresses they provided to local police for further verification. While investigators are conducting the investigation, they have held the contractor who brought these youths to Sambalpur responsible.
