Sambalpur: Chief Minister to Visit Sambalpur on Nuakhai, Major Events Planned
Sambalpur: Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi will pay a visit to Sambalpur during the upcoming Nuakhai festival on September 8th. During his visit, the Chief Minister will attend a large farmer rally in the evening. At this event, he will also present the farmers with the first installment of the CM Kisan Yojana (formerly KALIA).
During his visit, the Chief Minister will attend Nuakhai celebrations at the Samaleshwari Temple, Odisha Cultural Society, and Nandapada, in addition to the farmers’ event.

Today, Sambalpur MLA Jaynarayan Mishra, BJP leader Sameer Babu, President of the Odisha Cultural Society Paresh Dani, and Secretary Dinabandhu Panda met with the Chief Minister at the Secretariat to formally invite him to Sambalpur for Nuakhai. The Chief Minister accepted the invitation and confirmed his visit.
This visit will be the Chief Minister’s first official tour of Sambalpur on Nuakhai. Previously, while returning from a trip to Bargarh, he was greeted warmly by party leaders and supporters on the national highway that runs through Sambalpur.
