Surprising ! Daughter-in-law sold the Land, by declaring her in-laws dead

Sambalpur: The greed for money can drag the greedy people to any level. The heir certificate was obtained by stating that two survivors of Gudapalli village in Jujumura, Sambalpur district were dead. The land was later sold on the basis of the said certificate. State Department staff assisted in the preparation of the fake certificate. A 90-year-old woman has made such serious allegations in the name of her daughter-in-law. she has been at the door of the district attorney’s office for justice. She appealed to cancelled the purchase and sale of the land.

Sulochona Behera (90) and her husband Iswar Chandra Behera (95) are staying with their daughter in a critical condition. At this time, the son should be the support system but their son died. Sulochona and Iswar have only one son suresh and four daughters. Suresh was married in a nearby village in 2003. However, the marriage did not last long. Suresh’s family filed a divorce case. The dispute escalated to such an extent that Sulochana and Ishwar left the house and stayed at their daughter’s house in Rengali. Disappointed by the court, Suresh committed suicide by drink poison. Suresh died on 31 August 2013 while undergoing treatment. Sulochana’s daughter, Sairendri, bought land in Danipali Town Unit 13, Account No. 733/1939, Plot No. 1430/5958, Area A.0045 hectares in Suresh’s name.

After Suresh’s death, his wife obtained a fake successor certificate from the Tahsildar by declaring her in-laws dead. She take all the money by selling the land. As a mother, Sulochana is a first-class heir of the land, alleged that inspite of being alive her daughter in law along with Jujumura tehsildar and RI helped in her in obtaining a fake certificate and sale the land by Fraud.
