Facebook(ଫେସବୁକ), Instagram(ଇନଷ୍ଟାଗ୍ରାମ), WhatsApp(ହ୍ବାଟସଆପ), and Messenger are all down due to a global outage
Social media platforms Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram have been out of order for some time. The Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram servers went down at around 8.30pm on Monday night. As a result, the three social media apps were shut down. WhatsApp and Facebook have all said this after the three apps went live again around 4am today.
WhatsApp CEO Will Cathcart said work was underway for the full backup. Now we have started to provide services as before. We know that people are unable to communicate with their friends, family, businesses, community groups and others through WhatsApp. How many people and organizations depend on our app every day has been proven. We take our mission seriously and thank the staff who worked hard to make WhatsApp work again.
Similarly, Mark Zuckerberg said in a post on Facebook that Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Messenger are now working as before. Sorry for the inconvenience. I know how much you depend on our services to connect with your relatives, friends and family.
