Breaking News: Fake Doctor at Rourkela Government Hospital, Arrested by Police, Patients at Risk
Once again, allegations of a fake doctor at a government hospital have surfaced. Padmanabhan Mukhi, suspected of being a fake doctor, was arrested at Rourkela Government Hospital.
According to reports, Padmanabhan Mukhi, who used to write “Dr.” before his name, provided fake certificates and served patients at Nuagaon Block in 2019. After receiving public complaints, the police arrested him and took him to court. After serving time in jail, he was discovered serving patients again at Rourkela Government Hospital. It has been claimed that he was working at the hospital under the name of a doctor from Jharkhand.
The truth was revealed when Padmanabhan applied for a loan from a private company, exposing his forged credentials. Padmanabhan is currently being questioned at Raghunathpalli Police Station. However, neither the police nor the authorities at Rourkela Government Hospital have issued an official statement on the matter.

Padmanabhan has been working at the Rourkela Government Hospital for the past seven months through an outsourcing company called Rahi Car Pvt Ltd, according to hospital officials. The hospital authorities issued a show-cause notice to the concerned agency, and the company responded to the situation.
