Sambalpur: Gold Chain Snatcher Arrested in Sambalpur; Police Recover Stolen Chain Worth Rs. 30,000
Sambalpur: On the 29th of November, Sumitra Juel (25) had her gold chain stolen while returning home. The incident occurred at around 2:30 PM in Mayabagicha, under the jurisdiction of Dhanupali Police Station. As Sumitra was passing near the UP School area in Mayabagicha, a man named Mohammad Arman, also known as Nanu (20), snatched her gold chain and fled the scene.
Police Investigation
After the theft, Sumitra immediately filed a complaint. The Dhanupali police registered a case and began investigating the matter.

Today, the police successfully apprehended Mohammad Arman. During the investigation, they recovered the stolen gold chain, valued at 30,000 rupees, from him.
The police confirmed that Mohammad Arman would be sent to court tomorrow for further legal proceedings.
