Govt. Higher Secondary School, Kadaligarh Announces Guest Faculty Recruitment for 2024-25
The Govt. Higher Secondary School, Kadaligarh, has issued an advertisement (Advt. No. 02, Dated: 29.06.2024) inviting applications for the engagement of guest faculty for the upcoming academic session 2024-25. This recruitment drive is under the Govt. in School & Mass Education Department Order No. 13864/SME Dt. 25.06.2024 and the directives from the Director of Higher Secondary Education, Odisha.
Vacancies and Eligibility:
Applications are open for eligible candidates to fill guest faculty positions for Higher Secondary classes in the following subjects:
- Odia
- English
- Political Science
- History
- Economics & Logic
Retired Government/Non-Government Aided lecturers below 65 years of age, as well as fresh candidates with a minimum of 50% marks in their respective Post-Graduate (PG) subjects, are encouraged to apply. Candidates must submit their complete bio-data along with one set of self-attested xerox copies of all relevant certificates, from Matriculation (HS) to PG and B.Ed. Additionally, candidates are required to provide two recent self-attested passport-size photographs. Original documents must be presented during the document verification process.

Application Process:
Candidates must ensure their applications reach the Principal’s office by 11:00 AM on or before 05.07.2024. Applications submitted after this deadline will not be considered. Submissions should be made physically at the Principal’s office of Govt. Higher Secondary School, Kadaligarh, during office hours only.
Selection Criteria:
Candidates with teaching experience and a PGDCA will be given additional weightage as per the issued guidelines. The remuneration for selected candidates is ₹400 per class, with a maximum of 50 classes per month.
