Greatness of Sambalpur Police, Saved the life of pregnant women of Chhattisgarh by donating blood
Burla: Sambalpur Police has shown humanity by donating blood to a pregnant woman of Chhattisgarh and saving her life. It is believed that the critical female patient was admitted to the Gynecology and Obstetrics Department of Vimsar. According to the information received, the family brought the patient to Burla Medical Center as she could not bear the labor pain.
After admitting her to the Gynecology and Obstetrics Department today, the doctor advised her to undergo surgery. But the condition of the woman was serious on the one hand and on the other hand, it was found that the woman was suffering from anemia. Therefore, blood was urgently needed for surgery. When the woman’s blood type was O-negative, there was a concern because it was not in the blood pool. Even family members were unable to attend.
Finally, in desperation, the family sought help from a female doctor in that department. The said doctor informed Ramdas Panda of Sambalpur Police about the incident. As soon as Ramdas got this information, he brought a young man named Gopal Meher from Sambalpur city who had an O-positive category and reached Vimsar. After the blood was collected from Gopal, it was given to the woman this evening. The family thanked the Sambalpur police for this announcement. In this blood donation, it seems that Swadhin Chhatar helped Ramdas.
