Sambalpur: A significant accident occurred in Sambalpur city near the Fatak Flyover in the evening around 7:00 PM. A speeding car (Innova, OD-02-AX-0217) lost control and first crashed into an auto-rickshaw. After hitting the auto, the car further turned its direction and collided with a bike, causing injuries to both the bike rider and the auto driver.

Immediate Response and Rescue
Locals immediately rushed to the scene and rescued the injured individuals, who were quickly transported to a nearby hospital for treatment. Meanwhile, the driver of the Innova attempted to flee the scene. However, vigilant locals managed to catch him and handed him over to the police.
