“Nua Khai Vet Ghat” in the Netherland

Sambalpur: On September 3, ‘Our Festival Our Pride’ (ଆମର୍ ପରବ୍ ଆମର୍ ଗରବ୍) and ‘Nuakhai Vetghat’ program was held in Amalvin city by the Immigrant Odishas of Western Odisha living in the Netherlands. In this program organized by the organization ‘Muhuri’ which consists of 20 residents of Western Odisha living in the Netherlands, after pujacharan at Maa Samaleswari, new food was served. After the nabanna food, various cultural programs took place. Various types of delicious food of West Odisha were served. At the beginning of the cultural program, tributes were paid to late music director Sriram Lumar. The cultural program included hymns, Sambaluti songs, poetry, art performances, saaris, fashion shows and other colorful programs.
