Odisha Government Extends BSKY Naveen Card Registration Deadline to January 26th

Bhubaneswar: Odisha government on Tuesday extended the last date for online registration of application for BSKY Nabin card till January 26, 2024. Health and Family Welfare Secretary and Chairman of the Odisha Health Assurance Society Shalini Pandit issued a notification in this regard. Earlier, the online registration was supposed to end on January 16.
It is worth mention that on December 29, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik introduced the BSKY Nabin initiative, specifying its coverage for all families in rural areas, excluding regular government employees and income taxpayers.
Cardholders will enjoy cashless healthcare for critical ailments in private hospitals. Eligible individuals can avail themselves of an annual cashless coverage of Rs 5 lakh (up to Rs 10 lakh for female family members) for identified critical illnesses in both in-state and out-of-state impaneled private hospitals.
