Odisha: Newly elected MLA Ms. Deepali Das took oath as a member of the Legislative Assembly Today

Newly elected assembly woman Deepali Das from Jharsuguda took oath as a member of the Legislative Assembly today. Deputy Speaker Rajinikanth Singh administered oath on Deepali. She came to the assembly with her mother and brother and took oath.

Some ministers and MLAs were also present on this occasion. Taking oath Deepali said, she will serve the people of Jharsuguda. Deepali said that she will work towards fulfilling her father’s dream.

In the Jharsuguda by-election, BJD candidate Deepali won by a margin of 48,721 votes against her nearest rival, BJP candidate Tankadhar Tripathy.
