Temple Development and Cultural Promotion
The ‘PRASAD’ scheme focuses not only on tourism but also on improving the economic conditions of locals. The Samaleswari Temple will see not only structural improvements but also an increase in its spiritual and cultural significance.
Welcoming New Initiatives
Sanjay Babu, Chairman of the Temple Trust Board, has expressed his support, saying, “We welcome any initiative that will further the development of Samaleswari Temple. The State Government’s inclusion of our temple in the ‘PRASAD’ scheme will undoubtedly result in greater progress.”
Ongoing Development under Samalei Project
The second phase of development under the Samalei project is already underway. The temple authorities have constructed a new boundary, beautified the grounds, and installed attractive greenery. They have cleaned the temple’s pond, creating a tranquil setting with blue waters. The authorities have also completed new facilities, including vending areas, information centers, and restrooms for pilgrims and priests.
