Sambalpur: 1 Quintal 20 Kgs of Marijuana seized along with a native gun near Sasan Toll Gate

Sambalpur: The Excise Department has seized 120 kg of Marijuana along with a country-made gun from a car near the Sasan toll gate. The marijuana was being exported to Uttar Pradesh. After receiving information from reliable sources, a team from the Sambalpur District Excise Department inspected the vehicle near Sason Toll Gate on Monday. After checking a car with Delhi number (DL4CNE 9067), 120 kg of Marijuana was found. Along with the car and Marijuana, a country-made gun, 2 bullets, and 3 mobile phones were seized by the Excise Department. Sonu Singh (32), Riku Tomar (23), and Narendra Singh (27) from Uttar Pradesh have been arrested for selling marijuana. The 3 accused have been arraigned on Tuesday.
