Sambalpur: 7-Hour Power Cut Tomorrow for Maintenance Work
Sambalpur: The electricity company TPWODL, which supplies power to Sambalpur city, has informed that there will be a power cut in several areas of the city tomorrow, Friday the 12th.
The power cut will last for 7 hours, from 7 am to 2 pm.
This disruption is because TPWODL needs to carry out maintenance work on one of the 33KV power lines that supplies electricity to parts of Sambalpur.
During the 7-hour period, the following areas will experience a total blackout with no electricity supply:
Ainthapali, Kainsir, Bhalupali, Budharaja, Jagannath Colony, Laxmi Talkies area, Police Line, Fatak, Cheruapada, Balbaspur, Samaleswari Temple area, Balibandha, Patnaikpada, Mudipada, Labour Colony, Railway Colony, Government Bus Stand area, Bangalipada, Badabazar, Laxmidunguri, Durgapali, Kanijuri, Sahajog Nagar, Remed, Bareipali and Khetrajpur.
Residents in these localities should be prepared for the power cut lasting approximately 5-7 hours while the electricity company undertakes repair and maintenance on the feeder line.
