Sambalpur: A bull was seriously injured after eating a bomb in Rengali Block, Beora: The bomb was placed for Wild Boar hunting

Rengali: A bull has been seriously injured after eating a bomb thrown for Wild Boar hunting in the Benora Reserve Forest of Rengali Block, Sambalpur District. According to the information, the hunters had planted bombs in this forest to hunt Wild Boar.

Bomaloi Panchayat of Dharopani village Bilasan Marai’s bull had eaten a bomb thrown by hunters while grazing in the forest. The condition of the bull is critical as the bomb exploded in its face. Even though the forest department is not aware that wild animals are being hunted in the protected forest, it has puzzled the local people.
