Sambalpur: A bus has been reported to have hit the railway line near Laxmidungri in Sambalpur. However, no one was seriously injured in this incident.
According to information, the Nadiarani bus coming from Bhubaneswar to Bargarh lost control and hit the railway line near Laxmidungri in Sambalpur this morning. A freight train passed on that line 10 seconds ago. Perhaps because of this, the bus has been involved in a major accident. The bus fell near the train line after the accident. Due to this, the trains were running on other tracks. After the bus was lifted by a crane, the rail traffic returned to normal. The track is not fully leveled and is prone to major accidents. Railway staff and Khetrajpur police arrived at the spot and shifted the bus from the track and started investigating the incident. However, it is said that the accident happened because the bus was speeding.
