Sambalpur: A General Meeting held in the district council conference room today for “Sambalpur Lok Mahotsav”

Sambalpur: A general meeting will be held in the district council conference room on Friday at 4 pm for the Sambalpur Lok Mahotsav to be held from January 11. On this occasion, there will be a discussion between the administration and the public regarding the preparations for the Lok Mahotsav. There is also a program of discussions regarding the selection of Lok Mahotsav coordinator and host for various sub-committees.

It should be noted that an official meeting was held on the 12th of this month for the pre-preparation of the Lok Mahotsav and the date was fixed. There was a general reaction to this. The intellectuals said that the state’s oldest Lok Mahotsav is being privatized by fixing the date without consulting the townspeople and holding official preparatory meetings without inviting people. Later, it was cleared by the administration that there will be a general meeting with the people.
