Sambalpur: A Warm Welcome to Vande Bharat Express at Sambalpur city station
Sambalpur: The highly anticipated Vande Bharat Express train has rolled out from Shrikhetra Puri to Rourkela today. After the train arrived at Sambalpur City Station this afternoon, it received a warm welcome. Rengali MLA Nauri Naik, DRM Bineet Singh along with senior railway officials showed off the green flag after the train arrived.
On this occasion, along with many government officials, railway officials, and employees, a large number of residents of Sambalpur and BJP workers were present. BJP district president Girish Patel, senior leader Damodar Kar, and District youth morcha president Ashwini Majhi also attended. On the other hand, under the leadership of BJP leader Surya Panigarahi, State Women’s Front Vice President Savita Nand, Artilata Barad, Bharti Panda, Nuru Pradhan, Srikanth Panigarahi, Prabhas Debta, Saroj Sahu, Deokiran Patnaik, Ranjit Rath, Shiv Narayan Behera, BJP chiefs felicitated the train loco pilots with garlands and flowers.
Students are Amused
On this occasion, many BJP leaders and workers were seen holding photographs of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw, and Education and Skill Development Minister Dharmendra Pradhan. Railways arranged for a large number of students to travel from Sambalpur to Jharsuguda. The students were very enthusiastic. Vande Bharat Express will take 3 hours less than Tapaswini Express.
