Sambalpur: Again two more District Magistrates are going to get married, Puri DM Samarth Verma and Rayagada DM Swadhadev Singh will hold hand

Sambalpur: Sambalpur district magistrate Ananya Das and Balangir district magistrate Chanchal Rana’s second marriage is not over, while two more district magistrates of the state are going to get married. Puri district collector Samarth Verma and Rayagada district collector Swadhadev Singh will hold hands in Banarasi this month. This will be the second marriage of Samir and Swadha.

Samarth was previously married to Indian Railways officer Suchi Singh, while Swadha was the first wife of Chanchal Rana, district magistrate of Balangir. But both the couples got divorced. While Samarth was the District Collector of Sambalpur, his relationship with his wife Suchi had a rift and both of them separated from each other. After the divorce, Suchi married an IAS officer from Jharkhand.

The 2011 batch IAS officer served as Kendrapara District Magistrate, BMC Commissioner, Sambalpur District Magistrate and Raygarh PD DRDA before becoming Puri District Magistrate. Similarly, before coming to Rayagada, Swadhadev Singh was the District Collector of Nuapada, Rourkela as Additional District Collector.
