Sambalpur: Another Person of Burla became a victim of cyber fraud in the name of PAN card update

Sambalpur: Cyber fraud is not stopping in Sambalpur. Another person from the Burla area has become a victim of cyber fraud. The fraudster has deducted 50 thousand rupees from his account in the name of a PAN card update. According to the information, a text message was received from an unknown number on Wednesday. In that message, a link was given and it was written to update the PAN card.

He clicked on the link and provided various information. 50 thousand rupees were suddenly deducted from his account. He immediately contacted the cyber helpline number 1930 and complained. After filing a written complaint at Burla police station on Thursday, the police registered a case and started investigating the incident.
