Sambalpur: Another victim of cyber fraud; After the Facebook hack Rs 11,000 was deducted from the account

Sambalpur: A man named Ashish Oram of Gengutipali, Sambalpur Sadar Police Station, has been the victim of a cyber scam. His Facebook account was hacked by someone on April 26. But he recovered his account and linked it to his mail ID.

On May 19, he was suddenly charged Rs 6,000 from his account and then Rs 5,000 from his account via PhonePe. He lodged a complaint with the Sadar Police Station on Sunday after learning of the fraud. Police are investigating.
