Sambalpur: Attempted ATM burglary complaint comes from Hyderabad,Thieves arrested in Burla
Some miscreants broke into the SBI ATM adjacent to the Vssut campus in Burla police station last night. The miscreants also tried to steal money by tearing down ATM with an iron jack. The e-surveillance team in Hyderabad witnessed the incident. They immediately contacted Burla SBI. According to the Burla SBI, Burla police arrived on the scene to investigate.
At that time near the ATM police succeeded in catching the miscreants. By that time the miscreants destroying the ATM sensor and electronics wallet machine. Police have arrested Bichitrananda Behera, 32, a resident of Pangatira village in Dhenkanal district and a minor in connection with the incident. An iron crob has been confiscated from the accused. Burla police have registered a case and are investigating.
