Sambalpur: The mystery surrounding the death of Chinmayi Priyadarini Sahu continues to grow after fire crews recovered her body from Burla Power Channel on Wednesday morning. On the other hand, on Wednesday, her mother filed a written complaint at Burla police station that Chinmayi did not commit suicide, the police started investigating the incident under IPC section 302, 201 and 34. This case has been filed in the name of Two people including Chinmayi’s male friend Preetiman Dey. Burla SDPO Satyabrat Dash said that the police will conduct a Diatom test to reveal the suspicious death. According to expert Akash Mishra, it can be clear from the Diatom test whether it is murder or suicide. This test will make it clear whether Chinnamayi died by drowning in water or if she was killed and her body was faked in water to make it look like suicide, said expert Akash Mishra. According to the complaint of the mother of Chinnamayi, Labanga Sahu, she talked with Chinmayi at 9:30 on Tuesday, at that time she heard a sound as if someone was throat pressing. On the other hand, Labanga Sahu said, who had injuries on the neck and other parts of the dead body, also filed a complaint.

The Police collected Viscera samples to find out if she was given any kind of drugs, food poisoning, or slow poisoning. “The cause of death will be known after the Viscera and post-mortem report,” said SDPO Mr. Dash. Chinmayi’s mobile phone has also been confiscated by the police. It is said that many secrets can be revealed from that.
