Sambalpur: Commotion over patient death in Vimsar, Death due to lack of emergency medicine!

Burla: A patient has been reported dead in Burla Vimsar due to lack of emergency medicine. There was commotion in Vimsar over this. According to information received, two days ago, Ganesh Kok of Burla RR Colony suddenly fell ill while vomiting at home. His family rushed him to Vimsar for treatment. He was admitted to the intensive care unit (ICU) in critical condition. He prescribed two drugs for the treatment of his 16. However, it was not available in Vimsar, nor was it available at a drugstore outside. Ganesha died while undergoing treatment yesterday. Ganesha’s body was handed over to the medical police for autopsy. However, Lingaraj Kok, the brother of the deceased Ganesha, complained that the patient had died due to lack of emergency medicine in Vimsar. There was commotion about it. The police force was deployed for security reasons. However, the situation calmed down after the family members were persuaded.
