Sambalpur: Community Conflict in Talbhatapada over Love, Many Injured in Stone Pelting
Sambalpur: A love affair has taken place in Talbhatapada, khetrajpur police station. The police had to do Lathi charge to bring the violence of the two groups under control. According to reports, a young woman was spotted by her brother while talking to her boyfriend on Monday. He then beat up his sister and her boyfriend. The boyfriend told his mother about it on Monday evening. The boyfriend’s mother then harassed and threatened the girl’s family and her neighbors.

A fight between 10-10 youths from both sides over the incident on Tuesday evening turned into a group fight at 9:30 pm. Stone pelting started between the two groups. After receiving information about this, the police arrived at the scene and arrested them. Around 2 sections of the police force have been deployed at the spot to control the situation. Many youths from both sides are involved in the fight. Sadar SDPO Pradeep Sahu reached the spot and conducted an investigation while more than 50 people from both sides were involved in the incident.
