An awareness vehicle will go around the city to the village

Sambalpur: Cyber fraud is increasing in the state. Fraudsters empty accounts in the blink of an eye. As the number of cyber frauds is increasing every year in all the districts of the state including Sambalpur, the police department has taken it seriously. In view of this, a special helpline number “1930″ and a cyber help desk were inaugurated by Director General of Police Sunil Bansal on Thursday.

Along with this, the police will work diligently to make people aware. If you are a victim of cyber fraud, call ‘1930‘ immediately, the chances of getting your money back are high if you call on Golden Hour, Sambalpur SP Mukesh Kumar Bhamoo said at a press conference held on Thursday. He also said that the cyber security campaign will be started on the 30th by the state government to avoid cyber fraud. After inaugurating the campaign on the 30th, the vigilance vehicle will travel from the city to the village. What to do to avoid cyber crime after doing online shopping after fact-checking, not befriending strangers on social media, and not downloading unknown SMS, links, or suspicious apps? People will be warned about that. That is why Mukesh Kumar Bhamoo appealed to everyone to join this campaign. Asha, Anganwadi, and many organizations will be involved in this program to make people aware.
