Sambalpur: Decorations begins for Shital Shasthi Jatra, Cleaning of the city’s drains starts

Sambalpur: The preparations have already begun for Sambalpur’s famous Shital Shasthi Jatra. Decorations have begun to celebrate Shital Shasthi Jatra this year with great show and pomp, which has become famous all over the world. While the girl’s parents have started buying jewellery for Maa Parvati, many jatra committees have also started pre-preparation.

Among all these, the Sambalpur Municipal Corporation (SMC) has also started the city’s garbage clean-up. On Tuesday, the cleaning work of multiple JCB machines was started near Ring Road. Various committees appealed to the administration to complete the cleaning of the drains of the city.
