Sambalpur District Bar Association lawyer Anup Kumar Parida has surrendered his license

Sambalpur: A lawyer of Sambalpur District Bar Association has surrendered his license. Anup Kumar Parida, a lawyer, wrote to the President/Editor of the Sambalpur District Bar Association stating that I am a member of the District Bar Association. Sambalpur District Bar Association is known for its unity and harmony. I am proud to be a part of this glorious union. In the general council meeting of the union held last November 15, it was unanimously decided that if the legal council takes action against any member due to the High Court bench movement, then all the members of the union will surrender their licenses. Mr. Parida said that he is surrendering his license in respect of the said decision of the General Council. He requested to take necessary action on this. Such an initiative of Mr. Parida has now created a lot of discussion. Various kinds of discussion are going on in different quarters regarding this.
