Sambalpur: District Level Celebration of 9th Foundation Day of Odisha Adarsha Vidyalaya
Rengali: Odisha Adarsha Vidyalaya in Rengali has celebrated the ninth district-level Foundation Day. Ramnikant Sahu, Chairman of Odisha Adarsha Vidyalaya, Rengali presided over the function organized. Presently, retired music teacher Sharat Chandra Padhi, classical dance artist Sudar Lal Patel, and dance teacher of Vikas School, Pritam Kumbhar joined the inaugural function held in the morning. On this occasion, competitions were held in various types of senior and junior categories such as poetry, essay, drawing, music, and news among the students in the school.
In the afternoon, the inauguration ceremony was held. Rengali MLA Nauri Naik was the chief guest on this occasion. Chairman of Suraj Mall High School Honorable Manoj Kumar Panda as the keynote speaker and Additional District Superintendent Azambar Mohanty, Additional District Educational Officer Jayashri Dora, KV 2 Samalpur Principal Susmita Pradhan, Eminent Educationist Vinod Bihari Nanda, Veteran Teachers Association President Ramesh Mahana participated as the keynote speaker.
On the occasion, Chief Guest Nauri Naik gave a speech to encourage children to be self-reliant, while Mohanty of Additional District Collector Azambar Mohanty spoke about the importance of mother tongue. Keynote speaker Manoj Kumar Panda advised the children to make good use of their time .
The authorities distributed prizes to the winners of various competitions held in the school premises.
