Sambalpur: Fire broke out at two places in Sambalpur city in daylight. Late night at Sam Batika’s apartment in Khetrajpur, while burning crackers, a Cracker fell into the house on the third floor of the apartment. There was a roaring fire due to a cracker breaking inside. The fire was so intense that it almost spread the whole house. No one lived in the house for a long time. Ash was placed around the house. Who was keeping all this? It is not known what it was kept for.
Sambalpur fire brigade immediately reached the spot after receiving the information. The fire was extinguished at 2 am with the help of 3 fire extinguishers from the Fire Service Center and 2 fire extinguishers from other hospitals. No lives were lost because no one lived here. On the other hand, while people live in neighboring houses, the fire department has been spared from major accidents. The owner who made it had long since sold it to another person, and the apartment was used to make bakery goods. Therefore, there was a lot of ash bread. It is not known whose bakery was here. An investigation is underway as to whose orders the bakery work is going on. However, there is no fire extinguisher to operate the bakery. However, preliminary investigation shows that someone is working illegally.
On the other hand, another fire broke out just 50 meters away from the apartment. This was also caused by the bursting of crackers. A fire broke out in a bag warehouse in Biharipada under Khetrajpur police station late at night. The moment the fire was set, the warehouse was engulfed in flames. The effect of the fire was so great that within a short time, all the sacks were burnt. On receiving information, the fire brigade reached the spot and doused the fire. While the goods were burnt in the apartment and warehouse, no one was hurt.
