Sambalpur: Initiatives for Student Skill Development, MoU between Sambalpur University and Nandi Foundation
BURLA: An MoU was signed on Monday with Nandi Foundation, Hyderabad to implement a 36-hour skill development program for undergraduate students of Sambalpur University. During the program, students will be taught various success skills and life skills like communication, time management, stress management, conflict resolution, self-motivation, etc. The first batch is likely to start in the last week of January 2024. The MoU was signed between Professor Ashok Kumar Behera, Vice Chancellor of Sambalpur University and Radha Bardharjan, Chief Talent Officer of Nandi Foundation.
Sambalpur University Chancellor Prof. Bidhubushan Mishra, Placement Officer Chinmaya Purohit, Regional Manager Devnath Boral, and Odisha State Coordinator Ms. Sushree Mumun Singh were prominently present. This training program will be conducted under the supervision of the career counseling and placement cell of the university and will continue till 2025 in various batches. Each batch will have 50 to 60 students from various PG departments.
