Sambalpur: Investigation into Sri. Naba Kishore Das murder case is pathless: Suresh Pujari
Sambalpur: Bargarh MP Suresh Pujari has expressed his displeasure over the chargesheet of the crime branch in the Naba Das murder case. In a press conference today, he said, the charge sheet is a waste paper. The investigation started from Gopal and ended in Gopal.
BJP MP Suresh Pujari said, till now Gopal Das’s mobile has not been tracked in this incident so that the investigation of Naba Das’s murder has been cleared. There are no details of who Gopal spoke to before the murder. Why were phone records not collected 15 days before the murder? Also, the information given to the crime branch court in the Naba Das murder case is not correct, so it is like scrap paper. Gopal was called crazy, then why the gun was issued? How did 18 rounds of bullets come in? If 3 rounds were fired, where did one more bullet go? Where did the bloody shirt of Naba Das go? The charge sheet does not have a graphic presentation of how far the gun was fired.
The police have not yet found the bullet that hit the body of Naba Das. The biggest question mark is where the bullet went. MP Suresh Pujari said that those who would have benefited from the killing of Naba Das have been investigated. It is mentioned in the charge sheet that once Naba Das stopped his vehicle in traffic, Gopal took his nephew and went to Naba Das for a job, but Naba Das did not listen and had a fight with Naba Das’s supporters. As a result, Gopal went to Samaleswari temple with his brother and decided to kill Naba Das, said Suresh. But the charge sheet does not mention what the elder brother was interrogated. However, Suresh questioned why the chargesheet did not mention whether the letters written on the 30-page paper that came out of the septic tank were clearly visible or not.
