Sambalpur-Jammu Tawi Express line was derailed near Fatak Station at around 11:00 PM on Yesterday

Sambalpur: The Sambalpur-Jammu Express line was derailed near Fatak at around 11:00 PM on Wednesday. The train’s pantry car and B-1 coach were derailed. After returning to Sambalpur at night, the train went to Fatak station (the old gate station) on the Washing line for cleaning. On the way back, two coaches were derailed. There were no passengers on the train.

After getting information about the incident, senior railway officials along with other rescue teams reached the spot and the rescue work is going on. According to railway sources, the train operations was not disrupted due to the accident on the washing line
