Sambalpur: Kidnapped minor rescued from Sambalpur, mother’s male friend was sexually abusing her!
Jharsuguda: Last Monday, a minor girl and her two sisters went missing in Belpahar police station. Meanwhile, a day later, the minor girl was rescued from the premises of Sambalpur railway station in a dramatic twist. After receiving information from the man, the RPF detained the two sisters, their mother and their mother’s male friend and interrogated them. The minor was produced at CWC on Thursday after being handed over to Child Line. During the interrogation, the minor was accused of being sexually assaulted by her mother’s male friend. After the incident, the RPF detained the minor’s mother and her male friend. Sambalpur RPF has informed that they will be handed over to Belpahad police tonight. The minor has been handed over to her father. After the RPF hands over the accused, legal action will be taken against them, said Krishnachandra Meher, Magistrate of Belpahar.
According to Sambalpur RPF and Childline, the minor’s mother works in a company in Sripur, Chennai. While working there, she met a married young man (32) who worked in a car company. At that time, the minor and her elder sister were living with their mother. The young man who was married at that time molested the minor. After learning about this incident, her father went and brought both the girls to Belpahar. But last Monday, the woman forcibly took both the girls and left Chennai with the said young man. For some reason they were waiting in Sambalpur railway station area. At this time, the minor girl wrote something on a piece of paper and gave it to the people around her to save her. After receiving information, the RPF rescued the minor. When she was produced at the CWC today, she replied that she was not willing to go to Chennai as her mother’s male friend was sexually assaulting her.
