Sambalpur: Land fraud, Case reached the police station, Complaint in the name of DSR and 2 Additional Tehsildar
Sambalpur: A land fraud issue has come to light in Sambalpur. After the complaint reached the Odisha Human Rights Commission a few days ago, the DG himself came and investigated. Uncle’s house was demolished by his nephew saying it was on his land. Nephew showed a lease of land. However, today, Abedananda Panigarahi filed a written complaint in Dhanupali police station regarding fraud in the said lease. He filed a complaint against, his nephew Abhishek Panda, DSR Sambalpur, Additional Tehsildar Shivprasad Bishwal, Additional Tehsildar Amita Pattnaik, RI Gayatri Pattnaik, and Sadar Amin. It has been reported that the police have received the complaint letter.
In the complaint, Abhedananda Panigarahi has stated that there was an attempt to usurp Plot No. 2071, Account No. 733/2 10 (Dhanupali Mauza) Danipali in Mutation Case No. 5708/2023 by using forged papers. Even his house has been forcibly demolished. He has accused the police station that DSR, two additional tehsildars, RI, and Amin were involved in the mutation case and all the frauds were made. Even though his mother had already died, how much notice was given to the tehsil? In the sale deed, it has been mentioned in the complaint that there was fraud. Therefore, to investigate and take appropriate action, he has filed a written complaint and the Dhanupali police have registered a case and started the investigation of the incident.
