Sambalpur: Maa Samaleswari will be adorned with silver coated frame (ପରଭା)
Sambalpur: As per the earlier decision, the Samaleswari Trust Board is continuing its efforts to collect the silver required for the construction of the silver coated frame (ପରଭା) and umbrella for Goddess Maa Samaleswari. This requires at least 80 to 100 kilograms of silver. However, the trust board has so far collected 35 kilograms of silver. More silver is needed. In this regard, the Board of Trustees today invited some prominent people of Sambalpur city to the temple and sought their thoughtful feedback and cooperation. The people specifically promised to cooperate in this direction. Devotees have been urged by the board to donate silver for the cause.
Sanjay Kumar Babu, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, has requested the devotees interested in donating money to the Indian Bank (Account No. 516226659, IFSSC Code: IDIB000S049) at Laxmitakies Road, Sambalpur to pay for the work. Interested devotees can donate money or donate silver in the trust board office and can also asked for a receipt for the deposit.
