Sambalpur: Making Fake IDs and offensive Videos of Minors Go Viral
Sambalpur: Many incidents like making fake IDs in the name of girls and leaving their obscene photos on them are now coming to light. Many more remain silent out of fear or shame. Such incidents are coming to light in Sambalpur. A student studying in Class 9 in a private school created a fake email and sent a message to his teacher saying that she would get a salary increase if she sleep with him.
However, since then, this fake ID case has been coming to light. Sambalpur Cyber Police has also managed to arrest some of the accused. However, as the Sambalpur police are not alerting the people about the awareness and legal action, this incident is increasing now.
In the name of another minor girl (17) in Sambalpur town police station area, Fake account was opened and obscene videos were posted. The minor’s father filed a written complaint at the Sambalpur Cyber Police Station on Wednesday. According to the complaint, by the time the minor’s father opened Instagram, someone had viral his daughter’s obscene video. Later, he filed a complaint with the Cyber Police on Wednesday and pleaded for action against the accused after cutting the video that was going viral on social media. The police have registered a case and started investigating the incident.
