Sambalpur: Sambalpur Mangoes Reach Delhi; 14.72 Quintals Shipped in First Phase

Sambalpur: Sambalpur mangoes have reached Delhi. On behalf of ORMAS, the first batch of mangoes 14.72 quintals was dispatched today from Sambalpur Railway Station to Mother Dairy Farm in Delhi by train. This batch includes several delicious varieties of mangoes grown in the Kuchinda region.
Packing and Processing by Women SHGs
Women from local Self Help Groups (SHGs) took care of sorting and packing the mangoes. Their involvement in the process has helped empower them economically and build self-reliance.
