Sambalpur: Many RC Cards are lying in Charvati road, Is it a sign of encouraging the criminals?
Sambalpur: Sambalpur city has already been overrun by criminals. The criminals are living 2 steps ahead of the police. While the Sambalpur police failed to catch thieves, robbers and dacoits from outside the state, the criminals are fled away after looting lakhs of rupees. Most of the time, criminals have been seen using stolen vehicles to escape from the police. Due to which the police cannot catch them easily.
On the other hand, in Sambalpur, some materials were found to be thrown under the open air as if encouraging criminals. Criminals dropped the RTO papers and RC cards on the lane near Charvati Street.
You must have heard of fake RC cards being made in people’s names. But many questions have been raised after seeing RC cards lying in the open.
While it is not known why the cards were dropped there, Sambalpur RTO could not give a response. However, people are speculating that these RC cards are a kind of incentive for criminals, which can be used by criminals to escape from the police. On the other hand, some say that the said cards may be duplicates. However, it has been demanded in general to check it.
